A Warning to all Moroccan Buyers

Recently, we found out that Moroccan customs arbitrarily ajust the declared value so recipients pay more customs fees. They also open and sometimes cause damage or loss to items. 

We cannot refund you anything if this happens.

Hello Teresa, so sorry that i didn't let know earlier its because i was very sick and totally forgot. Yes the package arrived to Moroccan territory on 2nd of October but stayed at customs office for more than 20 days, then was delivered to me by the end of october and they made me pay $200 for customs fees

The good part is everything inside was super intact they open it for sure but they didn't touch anything so it was perfect

I saw that they made an estimation for the products and made a new invoice for more than $700 hahaha even if those products were brand new sealed from factory they would never reach 700

Btw i didn't tell you, i am very happy for the custom xbox we bought from that guy he did a perfect job (this one came with EMS) but unfortunately it arrived damaged (during shipping or customs? Not sure) so its really random even with EMS

You can see the xbox's parts felling apart on all the box, i think the cutoms were responsible because you wrapped it on bubble wrap so the parts can't go through that

I filled a claim on my local post website, but without any response from their side so i gave it up
