FEDEX Shipping Agreement

Please read all the details here and pay only if you agree :
1) We created the label using the information you gave us. If your information is wrong, you have a chance to edit the them . Editing a shipping label means we need to generate a new tracking.
If we made the mistake, editing it is free. If the mistake is on your side, we charge 300 yen to edit.
2) We always need a value. Only boxes containing documents don't need a value specified.

If you don't specify a value we will use the real value and to edit this will cost 300 yen.
3) The amount can be used by your country's customs to tax you. We have no control over this. It is 100% their discretion.
4) The amount is also the basis of your insurance coverage. This is also the maximum amount you can claim from FEDEX should there by any damages or loss of your item. FEDEX will have the final say on how much to compensate you.
5) We measured to the best of our ability but we can still make mistakes. In addition, the FEDEX system is not perfect. There are instances when the shipping changes. We only find out the final amount when it has reached you . Please understand if you have to top up or if we have to refund you.
6) All shipping fees will be billed from our account and all taxes (if any ) will be billed to you.
7) The shipping is non-refundable. We cannot refund because you were gone for too long or because you failed to pay customs taxes. Check here : https://www.instagram.com/p/DA5aIkUvBzw/?img_index=1 . If an item is returned to us, the shipping fee will not be refunded to us so we cannot refund you your item cost or the cost of shipping. We can hold on to your item until when you are ready to ship or we can use another courier. We don't make money off shipping.
8) Also please understand the risk of theft when using Fedex (to the UK only; it has not happened in other countries) - you will have to assume the risk and deal with Fedex directly should there be any problems with your package. This has happened once already , with a Beyblade buyer. 2/20 of the items inside his box was stolen. This was also the second Fedex box delivered to him with missing items (from a different shipper) . Please understand we cannot compensate you if your item is lost. If change your mind and want to ship via EMS, this is also fine. )
9) Customs offices of some countries like India open the boxes. We have proven time and again from conversations with our customers that they sometimes do not return all the items in the boxes. If there is a loss or damages due to this, we cannot compensate you.
We cannot stop customs office from opening your box. We asked Japan Post about this and this is what they said :
We don't do it in Japan so it seems weird to us but actually it is their right to open the boxes.
10) If you understand this, please send the payment we are invoicing you for. Paying means you understand and agree to all of these conditions.
