STEPS
1 Send us the link(s) so we send you a quote.
You can decline - no problem no money exchanged hands !
2 If you are ok, then we proceed to contact the seller . This can take a few days to a few weeks. Some sellers do not reply. The messages are sometimes not even seen. Sometimes they see the message and never reply.
Sometimes , they reply but then stop replying. We are left on the seen zone. You have not paid at this stage so no worries. If there is no reply then it is over at this stage.
3 If they reply and say the item is available , we then invoice you . Please pay .This stage is where actual money is involved.
If it takes you a week or so to pay, the item may get sold then we ask the seller again.
4 We ask to buy.
Sometimes at this stage, after offering to buy , the sellers do not share their payment details. Or straight up ghost us.
Again there is no point getting angry - we cannot force them to do anything . You are refunded fully.
5 If the purchase is successful , please wait for photos of your items to appear on Facebook or Instagram. If it has not appeared after a few days then feel free to message us.
Depending on who is working as the proxy, the time before photos can appear on Instagram can be a little long.
6 We get your shipping details.
7 We invoice you shipping. Again, we post the quotes on Insta/ FB.
8 You pay.
9 We dispatch to you. For US buyers : we dispatch to another country because HK post has suspended all shipping to the US. The 'other country' can be Singapore, Japan, South Korea, before shipping to you .
We send tracking information and photos of receipt via email.
The whole process is a lot longer in real time. Because of this , we do not entertain those who have strict deadlines and need their items by a certain date.

4) How much is shipping ?
Starting 2026, HK Post has banned shipping of non-documents via registered letters.
Our options are : untracked (we do not this) , seamail (we do not do this) or Speedpost.
Please check HK Post website here.
Please understand that we need to know the dimensions of the box and total weight including packaging to generate a quote. I cannot answer questions like 'How much is shipping to me?' without these details.
5) Can I consolidate my items ?
Yes. We offer consolidation for Hong Kong.
6) Can I rush an order ?
Sorry, no.
7) Can I order something and have it shipped to your HK address ?
We do this but we can only ship using Fedex or DHL.
The time is also a bit slow.
8) Can I get a discount ?
No, sorry.
9) Can you do in-person buying ?
Only near Causeway bay
10) Can you buy from blogs/ Instagram / Facebook /personal sites ?
We prefer to buy on platforms due to risks involved if the seller decides to not ship. If you insist, we can try asking us but you will have to take the risk.
I have done this before but fortunately the seller did ship. The seller was on Instagram.
If possible, we prefer to ask the seller to list the same item on Shopee.
11) Can I consolidate the items with my items in Japan?
Yes. You will have to pay the shipping and possible custom taxes.
12) Can you under-declare the amount and declare as a gift ?
Yes.
13) Can you help translate and ask the seller something ?
Yes, we can try.
14) What the product is defective / not as described or has missing parts ?
For Carousell, no. All sales are usually final. We are at the mercy of the seller if they reply at all.
15) The customs in my country wants to tax me more than the amount of the product. Can I get a refund ?
No.
We have no control over the customs in your country. In addition, the shipping label will be accomplished according to your instructions.
If you don't want to pay taxes, you can call your customs and say you don't want your items. They will be destroyed.
16) Why do you charge this much ?
Sorry but it takes so much time to buy, arrange a meet up, message these sellers, pack, consolidate, ship.
17) Will the payment be in Yen ? How do I pay you ?
You can pay in HKD using Wise. Yen if using Paypal. We also accept USD.
18) Can you join lotteries and pre-orders ?Special campaigns ?
Yes.
19) Is domestic shipping free , from seller to proxy buyer in HK?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. We will bill you the shipping later.
Most of the time, we only see the price of the shipping upon check out or when we receive the item.
20) Is the shipping from seller to proxy buyer in HK tracked ?
Not all the time. We will let you know.
21) Is there anything else I should know ?
Special requests - such as to remove a part or some items from a lot to save on shipping, or take photos of the inside of the items (such as taking photos of certain pages of a comic book) , should be made before purchase.
We bubblewrap your items immediately after taking photos to avoid mixing them up with the other items as well as to avoid damages.
We can refuse to take photos if it's been packaged nicely already.
In addition, we don't buy from crazy sellers or sellers with poor ratings. We may choose to message a seller if the listing is inactive.

22) I am in the US and HK post has banned shipping due to the tariffs. Can you ship to me?
Yes, we have a partner who handles our US-bound shipment. They also help with oversized items.
We can also reroute to a third country before the US.
