Negative Feedback for KoreanDub - Threatened to call the police if I filed a dispute with Paypal; called me a 'Disabled B*tch'
Here are all my interactions with him. Be the judge.
He is on discord under the name Koreandub; Paypal is jihyeven@naver.com
Think twice before you engage him : he tends to write insults and attack on person instead of addressing the issue.
As of August 17th , we are having a dispute on Paypal.
1) He could not keep track of orders placed ; always need a screenshot or send him the back chats.
As a service provider you should be able to keep track of orders placed
He could not keep track of payments
2)He jacked up conversion rates as if I would not notice. The real rate was equivalent to 446 .45 USD, he wanted to charge 572 USD which was 126 USD difference. Another lie from him.
He said he ' miscalculated '.
3)Claims he was too busy to issue receipts. As you may not know, I have to send receipts to my customers. Called me annoying when I pressed him for it.
Can you imagine a store saying 'You are annoying ' to a customer who wanted the receipt.
4) He could not figure out the HS codes to ship to the US. He said Korean post did not know what the hs codes were and that photocards and DVDs may be banned (another lie)
We told him it has not been banned and just ship to Japan
Korean post allegedly asked him to contact the US government
Instead of just shipping them as instructed, he turned around and contacted our buyers in hopes of poaching them.
In the heights of unprofessionalism, he asked them for the HS codes. He, as a proxy . service provider, could not figure out the HS codes, and after given instructions to ship to Japan, he decided the best answer was to consult a buyer.
5) He has made it clear there would be no refunds if he was scammed.
6) When asked about the DVDs, he gave one lie after another.
On August 5th, he said the HK police will call him.
We asked why the police was involved in a bunch of dvds.
On August 6th, he claims he will talk to the government
On August 7th , he claimed there was an issue and they cannot compensate for loss
He also gave a tracking and claimed the company did not know what DVDs are.
On August 8th, he said he will file a lawsuit
On August 10th, he said the Team Leader will call him
On August 11th he said the package has traveled all over Korea
He began to flood the discord messaging with insults
He is making it sound like Japan vs Korea.
