We have had the same item returned from Amsterdam, Netherlands as well as Kuwait. We do not offer refunds if your items get stuck in customs or the post office or if it gets returned to us because you failed to claim it.

From now on, all shipments to Amsterdam will be via private courier such as Fedex, DHL or UPS. If you insist on using NL post please understand the risks.
For Kuwait, you can split your package into smaller boxes so we can ship via registered air parcel . We found that registered air parcel gets delivered straight to your the while EMS does not. If the size is too big or it is too heavy then we have to use private courier - Fedex, EMS or DHL.

Thank you very much for all your effort! Yesterday I went to the post office where my package from Ems was at, they know me, as I am a regular customer. I asked them how it could happenned that my package was twice send back to Japan. They told me that right now it is a real mess within the Dutch Post NL.
They got a lot of complaints because the Dutch Post company has stopped with people notifing by card, which they used to do or even the postman bringing the package at your door. You have to look up the tracking, but since it is not stated which postoffice you have to go (we have a lot in Amsterdam) it is confusing, hence I was waiting for this information where I could pick it up.because every day I loggen in to the tracking and I was stunned when it said that it was send back!
Hopefully it goes well now, as the shipping fees are now same as sweater costs which is ofcourse not your fault.
