US-Based Buyers Shipping Options for Trump Tariffs
Here are you options
OPTION 1 - EMS declared as a gift under 100 USD
We can send using EMS, but the declared value must be below 100 USD for all and as a gift
EMS arrives between 4-12 days and you can claim insurance up to amount declared.
NOTE : If US customs suspect that the value is higher than what was declared , they may return the box to Japan and shipping fee will not be refunded. (We asked on 9/9/25 at JP POST)
EMS has tracking.
OPTION 2 - E-packet lite declared as a gift under 100 USD
E-packetlite is a cheaper option for smaller boxes that are within 2 kg and 90 cm.
It arrives between 2-3 weeks. There is no insurance for this type of shipping.

E-packet lite has tracking.
OPTION 3 - FEDEX
US- based buyers must create their own accounts. The name on the shipping label must match the recipient's name. We check with Fedex Japan if the account number is valid.
We need the account number, not the email address you use to log-in.
We need to put your account number in the 'charge taxes to this account' field.
Without a valid Fedex account number, Fedex Japan will reject your shipment. Your option will be either EMS or Registered Parcel.
